thofrank84[1].jpg - In January 1984, I was a Junior at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. My sisters asked me what I wanted for my birthday. For some weird reason, I said, "a turtle." That's how Frank came into my life. At the time, I didn't realize that a turtle is a lifetime pet, a lifetime commitment.
This pic shows myself at the window in my dorm room, showing off Frankie to a friend walking by. By law, red-eared sliders must be at least 2 yearsold before they can be sold.
